At Heartland, our wine list is international in scope, representing over 240 labels with a strong emphasis on Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Burgundy, Alsace and the Rhone Valley.  Our beer selection consists primarily of European and North American ales, and includes a nice selection of Normandy ciders, traditional pilsners, wheat beers and stouts.  Our coffee list consists of four super premium, shade grown, fair trade, organic single varietals from the four major coffee growing regions of the world.  In addition, we serve four specially selected premium teas: one green, one oolong, one black and one herbal.  All coffees and teas are brewed at your table in individual, glass press pots.
